Bless you for coming up with a way to get rid of that unforgiving, relentless, horrific, enduring cat urine stench that would have lingered until human thumbs became obsolete.

No problem. I actually just drank mine two nights ago. I've decided it's time to drink the bombers I've been collecting. They're not doing me any good sitting there. Actually, they're doing me some damage. I don't feel like I should be buying new and different ones when I've already got those in the fridge, and there are a couple I've been looking at and wanting to buy. Time to quit missing out.

Thanks for picking this up for me. It was very good, and well worth the wait. The next IPA I brew is going to be along this line: lots of citrus hops, caramel malts, and oak.

Hey there!! R u Mr and Mrs yet?!?! How does it feel? Hopefully, no different! The summer was more than I could have imagined and small and big miracles happened every day. Even the old IBS has been mild. Returned home from the beach yesterday and hoping the stress free sea will linger with me in the big city. It was a magical place really. Who knew there were magical places in Florida?!?! Not me for one. Making the trek back to the motherland, St Lucia, at Christmas so that will be very special. Wishing you many wonderful years of love and laughter. Always be sure to treasure and adore one another as that's what it's all about. xo Michelle

Hey E!

Oh man, I can imagine what the stress is doin to ya!! Here's a tip, it's what I did on my wedding day....I planned a crazy ceremony in a mineral waterfall in a Piton (a volcano in St Lucia) It was Christmas Eve, almost 3 years ago. We had about 10 people with us, including a minister. When the day came, I decided I COULD NOT DO IT!! To me, the moment was much too private and intimate, so we cancelled the official ceremony and married ourselves naked, alone at midnight under the stars. It was very cool and much less intrusive to me. I never realized just how creepy it would feel to me until the very day, with all those people watching my private love ceremony.... So, my advice is, can the wedding, find a cool place and do it alone, naked at midnight under the stars....Yellowstone?.... And that's all I'll say about that, other than wish u both much love and happiness! And oh, yeah, laughter is key, don't forget that, as is being each others best friends!! Been on island since 6.14 and the gut has been relatively mild, though still wrenches daily. I am a horrible pill taker and now the proud owner of 3 bottles of peppermint pills that I will likely never take anymore and I have not even started the damn psyllium, though, I do own vats of it. Why, after you touted it, I almost bought stock in it, yet I bought the damn citrucel by accident and though THAT sits on a table near my regular chair, I rarely remember to take it!! Id actually have to walk into my kitchen and open a drawer to get to the psyllium stash but I have yet to make it there! I'm a freak E, just a freak. The best news however is my fibromyalgia pain completely disappeared the day I left for the island. I drove 18 hours over 2 days and did not get stiff or anything. This would have normally killed me. It truly tells me that fibro is stress related as I was nearly hospitalized just a few weeks prior to leaving, it was so bad. For it to just disappear is really a miracle. Except perhaps, it tells me I am crazier than once thought so what am I gonna do now?!? STRESS REDUCTION is key, I am convinced!! Therefor, I will remain on this tiny island, stay up all night, sleep til noon, dine out regularly and go to the beach daily for the rest of my life. Or, at least until 9.1, when I MIGHT return to my other life and figure out how to eliminate my stress and not live in constant pain because of it!! Oyyy. HAPPY HAPPY DAY, NO MATTER HOW YOU END UP DOING IT!!

hey michelle,
just thought about you the other day and was wondering how things were going. literally. have you given the psyllium a shot yet? have you hit your island paradise yet? i hope all is well. the lady and i have been busy out of our minds. our vacation was to yellowstone. it was amazing. now we've been writing, planning a wedding, and getting ready to move. shit's been nuts. and all the added stress has wreaked (no pun intended) havoc on certain parts of my anatomy.

anyway. hope you're well.
