A Very Special Independence Day
July 5, 2009 –
I celebrated American Independence with American beer. Lagunitas Lucky 13. A mondo red ale. 76.92 IBU’s & 8.3% alcohol. It was Beautiful. It had a nice grassy nose and an incredible melon, floral, grass hop taste. It also had a strong bready malt backbone with a very slight cherry taste. I love America.
