Despite being soft, squishy, and oh so huggable, people don’t seem to like grubs. In fact, most people seem to want nothing more than to kill grubs. Well…fine then. I’ll help. In fact, I’ll even go so far as to direct you to an article I wrote that’s all about controlling grubs. Those purply-blue, underlined words you just passed over? Yeah. That was me directing you. After reading that article, you should have very little trouble destroying those lawn ruining little devils.
Although bees are extraordinarily beneficial insects, they can be kinda scary and they can, on occasion, cause damage to your home or other structures. For this reason, it’s common for people to be concerned with bee control and to want to learn how to get rid of bees. Controlling bees, because of their potentially large numbers, can be a difficult task. With the use of a proper mix of bee control strategies, devices for controlling bees, and bee killers (either biological or chemical), getting rid of bees can become a feasible task.

With all the different types of them in the world, it’s no wonder people have issues with controlling beetles. They’re everywhere. My article on beetle control will help you to get rid of beetles of almost any species. In it, you’ll find tips on killing beetles both inside and outside the house. Do what you gotta do, but I do ask that before you resort to chemical beetle control methods, that you try some of the other methods first. Most insecticides that kill beetles kill everything else too. The last thing you want is a bunch of civilian casualties.

Sooner or later almost every pet owner has to deal with flea control. It’s not fun and it’s not easy, but it’s certainly not impossible. With a combination of flea control techniques, you can quickly get rid of fleas from your pets, homes, and yards. To learn how, check out my new article on flea control.

Alright party people, I know it’s been awhile since I’ve been here, but there’s a good reason for it. My friends and I have been busy working on a new website devoted exclusively to pest control. “What is this site called?” you might ask. Well, brace yourselves, it’s called: Simple Pest Control. We’ve all worked damn hard on it and we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished. With this site, you can learn how to control pests of all varieties (insects, rodents, birds, etc.) without having to call in any pest control specialists. Not only will this save you some cash, it’ll also help you get the pest control process started sooner. So, check out our new pest control site, take care of your pest issues, and tell all your friends about us.

Here’s a taste.

Oak Aged UnEarthly India Pale Ale : Another Phenomenal offering from Southern Tier Brewing Company.
I let this bottle sit in my fridge for several months. I couldn’t bring myself to drink it because I didn’t want it to be gone. And now it’s gone. And I’m sad…but I’d drink it again in a heartbeat.

I was impressed with how much the oak came through in the taste. I wonder if it was aged in oak barrels or with oak chips. It was only slightly sweet, which was good, and had a predominant citrus hop taste that one would expect from using two additions of cascade hops…one of which was dry hopping.

Primo.
These are a few shots taken a couple months ago on a fishing trip with the boys from poker.

I celebrated American Independence with American beer.
Lagunitas Lucky 13. A mondo red ale.
76.92 IBU’s & 8.3% alcohol.

It was Beautiful.

It had a nice grassy nose and an incredible melon, floral, grass hop taste. It also had a strong bready malt backbone with a very slight cherry taste.
I love America.
